Cathedral interiors were just as hard to draw as I expected. The vaulted ceilings for French Gothic church architecture is like... beyond my abilities. I am pretty bad with curved surfaces anyway (drawing plates on a table is the hardest thing!) but I found these more challenging than usual because I didn't really have the right curvatures in my French curve and stencil tool box. I wonder if there is a tutorial for hand-drawing these kinds of things... it was tough. Gonna have to work harder at it.

There is a very key element in these pages that is going to come into play big time in Volume 3 ;)
